• Make Pennsylvania a Right-to-Work State
• Reform public pension plans to a 401k system
• Prohibit public sector strikes
• No additional taxes on natural gas extraction, impact fines as necessary

Transportation

• Prioritize existing funding away from beautification projects and repair roadways
• Abolish prevailing wage laws that require union labor on construction projects
• Lease rest stops and parking authorities to the private sector
• Mass transit agencies contract services out in competitive bidding process

Education

• Merit pay for public school teachers instead of tenure
• In-state tuition rates for college students with satisfactory academic standing only
• Increase charter and cyber school opportunities
• Expand the successful Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program
• State education subsidy available as voucher for public or private school of choice
